Hello Residents,
HOA Management would like to give you some quick tips and information on the gates and how they operate.
The main gate has the Call Box Directory connected to it and the proper way to access your guest when they drive up. They will select your name from the directory and hit the call button, it will ring your phone that is in the system, when you answer you can talk briefly with them and then if you would like them to enter hit the number 9 on your phone,it is the same frequency and as the call box and will open the gates.
The East gate is operated only by your key remotes. The South gate  in the far south east corner at this time is strictly an exit gate, we will be making it an full service gate in 2026 as the neighborhood expands. If you have any questions please let us know.
